WHAT IS AN OPEN BOX SPECIAL?

An Open Box fireplace has never been used. However, it cannot be sold as brand new. In most cases the fireplace or other Real Flame product is an unused return that was opened by a customer then returned to us or the box has been opened to show an in-store customer.
The bottom line is that you will save up to several hundred dollars on Real Flame and Anywhere Fireplaces products that are good-as-new!

Usually just 1 or 2 open box items of each model is available at any given time, so act fast! Quantities are limited and our selection changes daily. We inspect every item to ensure it is in perfect condition and all original parts/instructions are included. The manufacturer's warranty still applies.
Open box deals are a great opportunity to save but they go quick.
